When we started Destiny Village in 1999, we soon realized that once the children would graduate and be ready to move out there was not any career options for them in Haiti. Unemployment was so high that there was no hope for a better future.

It has taken us years to get to this point, but we are proud to say that Destiny Enterprises has 13 full-time Haitian employees. We are an internet-based business in Haiti and are working for American corporations. We are now operating in the fully functional Carlson Building. Finally, there’s a chance for a better life and a better future, not only for the kids of Destiny Village but other Haitians as well.

Our Employees

Destiny Enterprises currently has 9 professionally qualified employees and 3 trainees. Destiny Village was once their home, but once they graduated high school they were given the opportunity to work for DE. They all have been trained to complete a wide variety of administrative tasks and design projects. We currently have 3 American employers and are looking to expand the company. Every day, they show up to work on time, with a great attitude and are ready to complete their daily responsibilities.
